AMILA FABRIC HIP BAND

The Amila Fabric Hip Band is a resistance band made of thick elastic fabric, particularly soft and skin-friendly. It is used for leg and glute strengthening exercises. It can be placed around the ankles, knees, or thighs, providing linear resistance. On the inner side, two wavy silicone lines stabilize the elastic in place, offering high-quality training.

The band is offered in 3 colour variations that represent their different levels of resistance:

• Orange-black: Soft
• Yellow-black: Medium
• Light Blue-black: Hard
