The Pilates Wall Ladder is made entirely of solid beech wood with elegant lines and a smooth finish. The functions of the Pilates Wall Bar offer the possibility of customized exercise thanks to the 6 long and short springs of different resistances along its length with 10 different positioning positions of the springs, the Roll down bar and 11 wooden horizontal bars of the Stall Bars with an extended bar for dynamic pull ups and the ability to adjust the removable anatomical back pad.
