Care and cleaning instructions

To inflate: Keep control of the ball while exercising.
Do not kneel or sit on the ball, keep sharp objects away.
Do not use the ball if it is hit.
Keep the ball in a dry environment away from sunlight.
Do not use corrosive cleaners.
If necessary, clean dirty spots with a combination of organic essential oil and water, using a slightly damp cloth. You could use mild soap on tougher stains.
Finally, make sure that the cleaning did not make the surface more slippery.
