Cornilleau guarantees its tables against any manufacturing defect for a minimum of 3 years. This guarantee is extended to 10 years for the tops of outdoor tables, with the exception of wearing parts (wheels, nets and net posts). All tables meet the European Safety Standard EN 14468.

10 YEAR GUARANTEE – OUTDOOR TABLES PURCHASED SINCE 2016

The guarantee starts on the day of purchase. It is valid on the 100X, 200X, 300X, 400X, 500X, 600X, 700X, Pro 510, and Park Models and applies to all components with the exception of wearing parts (wheels, nets and net posts).  We guarantee the outdoor tops against any deformation, peeling or fading of the white lines.

The guarantee starts on the day of purchase. We guarantee the outdoor tops against any deformation, peeling or fading of the white lines.  All other parts are guaranteed for 3 years (see below).

3 YEAR GUARANTEE

The guarantee starts on the day of purchase for both indoor and outdoor tables.

In all cases, the guarantee is limited to the supply of parts recognized as defective by our department and does not apply to damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect assembly that you have carried out
• Lack of maintenance
• The use of corrosive products for maintenance
• Non-compliance with the instructions for use and safety
• A wind causing the table to collapse down in a folded position
• If the table has been put upside down or carried alone
• Any other external factor non-related to the quality of the table

POOL TABLE GUARANTEE

This 5-year guarantee starts on the day of purchase of your HYPHEN OUTDOOR billiard table.

Cornilleau guarantees:

• The metal frame against corrosion.
• The composite slate and the metal frame against deformation.
• The textile and the strips against delamination and cue damage.
• The rot-proofing of the tray and strip fabric.

The guarantee is limited to the supply of parts considered defective by our services and does not apply to deterioration caused by:

• Normal wear and tear of the parts.
• Non-compliance with the instructions for use and safety contained in the manual.
• Lack of maintenance.
• Use of aggressive products for maintenance.
• Stains of various origins (humidity, food, animal, unsuitable household products, etc.)
• More generally, a cause unrelated to the quality of the table (i.e. shocks, falls, strong winds, lightning, accident)
