This Pure2Improve Sandbag weight helps to develop wrist and forearm strength by changing your hand position using the various handles provided. This sandbag weight, with a heavy-duty zip and four heavy-duty press studs, is made of strong and durable nylon material. The included 4 loadable filler bags have double hook and loop strap closures. Please note the filler bags are empty when delivered to allow you to customise the weight. The maximum load for per filler bag is 5 kg, and the maximum load for the sandbag is 20 kg.
