The Pacific Plus has 4 levels of Adjustable Fluid Resistance. At level 1, the Fluid Resistance is suitable for beginners, rehabilitation patients or deconditioned participants just starting on their fitness journey. Dial to level 4 for high-intensity for athletes, interval training (HIIT) or short sprints.

Fluid Resistant Technology offers users 15% greater resistance than standard FDF horizontal models, emulating the natural catch and feel of authentic on-water rowing and assuring no dead spots throughout each stroke. A double-sealed, precision aligned tank shell prevents water egress, and our bright yellow plastic moulded impellers allow for maximum water capture visual appeal.
The aluminium seat rail and a sculpted steel frame wraps around the adjustable Fluid Resistance system, making it a very robust machine.
The Pacific Plus offers silky smooth resistance at any speed and any level, with a firm instant catch and a consistent resistance through the entire stroke. Pivoting footplates improve the ergonomics for less flexible or deconditioned users, and a shaped and textured seat ensure a smooth slide with every stroke.
The transport wheels make it easy to move, and it is designed to be stored vertically, creating a minimal footprint when not in use.
